CALL FOR ARTISTS

Eligibility
Open to all artists. All media and new media will be considered. Artwork, performance, or installations with special instructions or equipment must be described in full and possibly installed by the artist. Special hardware requirements must be included with the accepted entries.

Submission
Each artist may submit up to 5 pieces of work for consideration. Selections will be made based on relevance to the theme. Accepted work must be drop Saturday, January 28 at The Tool Room Gallery. The hours to drop work are from 10:00am till 3:00pm. Where: 432 N Ventura Ave. Studio #101 Ventura, CA 93001

For submissions please email jpegs files at 72dpi with title, media, and size. The images together cannot be bigger than 5mb.

Name files with first name last name, and title.

Specifications
All media. 2D and 3D work are welcome. All work must be properly framed and/or ready to hang.

Sales
All work must be for sale and available for the entire month. Art sold remains on display until the close of the exhibition. If work is sold during the show 30% will be for Bell Arts and 70% for the artist. Payment for sales will be sent to artists 30 days after the close of the show.

Unsold entries may be picked up February 26 from 10 am to 3 PM.

Liability
Although care will be taken in handling of the artworks, neither Bell Arts, its staff, board nor anyone connected to the exhibition is responsible for any loss, damage, breakage or theft of artwork while at the gallery. Your entry into this exhibition constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions as set forth herein.
