The mission of Bell Arts Factory lives in the belief that art and culture, provoking imagination and sparking creative innovation, are crucial for Ventura’s community well being. Creating vibrant experience together is the work of Bell Arts Factory.

The Factory is located in Ventura’s Westside, on The Avenue.  This is Ventura’s neighborhood of greatest opportunity and greatest challenge.

Here are Ventura’s roots, and our future.  Historic, beautiful, and long overlooked, our Westside is now flourishing.

We see positive changes – businesses growing, freshly painted buildings, lively conversations on the streets.  Our community is increasingly vibrant and well.

Bell Arts Factory is at the heart of this evolution, this restoration of community vibrancy.  Good things are happening here.

Come experience it for yourself.  Enjoy the Factory spirit on a First Friday.  Visit with our studio artists.  Take an art class.  Experience Zumba or Tai Chi.
