Located on Ventura Ave. in the heart of Ventura’s Cultural Arts district, Bell Arts Factory has artist studio/creative office rentals, art exhibit space, and community meeting facilities available for rent. Our building is also available for use as a filming location, photography space, and special events. Our facility includes an outdoor patio, common areas for meetings or simply chat.

Bell Arts Factory has artist studio/creative office rentals available in a variety of sizes. Each studio space is private and can be accessed 24/7. Our spaces range from 100 to 1000 sq ft and include utilities and wifi. In addition, our patio and common areas as well as a common kitchen are available to tenants offering a change of environment.
Ceramicists who are renting space have access to our kilns for a nominal fee per firing.
All spaces are offered on a first come first served basis.

Rent a space for First Fridays!
There is space every 1st Friday of the month for 3-5 artists to set up in the
courtyard of Bell Arts. You can bring your art, jewelry, sculpture, etc. To set up on a max. 6ft table (please bring this and your own chairs with you).
